Pillars for Effective Leadership is designed for mid and upper-level leaders seeking to refine their performance. Focused on goal development, the training helps leaders idenitfy and support goal achievement. Participants explore the importance of effective communication in goal achievement, and identify effective methods for communicating in a variety of situations.

Strategy Facilitation

This workshop brings top leaders together to define a path for their organization through two targets. First, they develop team cohesion through identifying individual strengths, process mapping, role clarification, & decision responsibilities.
