Support your employees’ healthy lifestyle habits and at the same time help them build better team dynamics. Through this engaging training video series, Planning for IMPACT, your employees identify healthy lifestyle behaviors and steps to incorporate them into their daily routines. Equipped with the videos, a facilitator’s guide, and participant workbooks, employees work on their own and then come together with their peers. Over lunch or at another designated meeting time, employees share ideas and action plans that contribute to a healthier lifestyle. By regularly meeting together as a team, they hold each other accountable and build confidence in developing healthy lifestyle habits. Employees can choose how often they want to meet and can set their own timeline for how quickly they go through training series.

Help Your Leaders Build Healthy Lifestyle Habits

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The series includes 5 short videos highlighting actions for healthy lifestyle habits. Each video has a coordinating worksheet and facilitated discussion guide. Participants watch the video and complete a designated part of the workbook. An employee volunteer coordinates a group meeting (over lunch or after work hours), and uses the Facilitator’s Guide to introduce key questions and discussion starters that will encourage sharing and conversation.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

This engaging video series equips participants with a framework for making high-impact change in their physical health. The content of the series draws from discoveries in the fields of physical health and neuroscience – discoveries that offer unique insights into the science of improving our human condition. Participants will develop an outline for creating a plan of action to improve their physical health.

TRIED AND TESTED

Used in the national leadership development program of the U.S. Naval Air Force Command, this series helps participants explore opportunities for improving or changing behaviors that impact their physical health.
