Personal Wellness Action Planning

Each participant receives a Participant Guide that provides a step-by-step process for developing a personal wellness action plan. Key questions lead you through a process that helps you identify those specific habits and behavior changes relevant to your lifestyle.

Team Building

Groups and work teams also receive the Facilitator’s Guide. The team picks one person to serve as the group leader. Their guide provides key questions and conversation startes to help the group talk through the process of identifying key habits and buildng an action plan to sustain healthy behaviors. The group model is a great team building activity and builds trust and confidence among team members.
